How to setup Tracknote Lite apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.
Tracknote Lite Details
Alarm system 2.0Alarm application for monitoring the acceleration and location sensors.
Will trigger an alarm if:
- A set shock limit is exceeded
- A specified distance is exceeded
- The power supply will be disconnected
- The battery power level drops below 10%
- time-displaced activation and disarm of the alarm
Notifications
Optionally, a notification function can be purchased in the application (via the Google Play Store) for € 9.98.
When the alarm is triggered, an SMS will be sent to choosen contacts (up to 3 numbers), which you can select from the phone book or enter manually.
The SMS containing the last location, time, and the reason for the alarm.
Also, messages can be sent at regular intervals with the current status of the device.
Notes:
The activation of the "drift" function causes increased power consumption. This is because the smartphone is using the GPS feature and is constantly looking for satellites.
The accuracy of GPS is up to 5m to 20m. To prevent false alarms, the GPS inaccuracy is eliminated. For this reason, the set of 50m "drift" will be triggered after about 60m.
The start of the app. at system startup is deselectable via the settings menu.
Explanation of permissions required by the application:
SEND SMS: Required for optional SMS function.
COARSE/ FINE LOCATION: Used to trigger an alarm when the threshold of the distance (drift) from the starting point is reached.
READ CONTACT DATA: Is also required for optional SMS feature that allows you to select contacts from your Contactlist.
READ PHONE STATE AND IDENTITY: Needed to respond incoming calls in order to avoid false alarms.
AUTOMATICALLY START AT BOOT: If the phone is rebooting, the alarm application continues to run.
